Forming with high pressure (250/800/1,200 tons) for smooth and sharp edges.

4Forging/Extrusion

For front sprockets, using forging and extrusion to strengthen fiber structure.

5Heat Treatment & Coating

Hardening/tempering and surface coating based on application to extend wear life.
